sorry there was no 7by7 post on friday. busyness gave way to a bit of a relapse of the cold i thought i’d kicked. half the weekend spent under a blanket went a long way toward fixing that though. the power of resting can not be underestimated! all this means next friday’s 7by7 will be all killer no filler though so watch out!
