its been ages since i did a vintage book post, so let’s get back to it with a vengeance! BAM! take a look at this psychedelic beauty gifted to me by the generous and glamorous deb

little puff is lonely, so it jumps the tracks in search of someone who will hang out with it. the farm animals are not impressed.

little puff causes traffic chaos in the town, and gets ticketed by the policeman.

so little puff heads off into the zoo…

the children call for little puff to take them for rides, and at last little puff has found a place to belong.
i think it goes without saying, that this is the best train that has ever existed! thanks deb, and thank you sid jordan for these fabulous illustrations.
